2012

Foundation and Early Operations

DESEN was established in Turkiye, focusing on infrastructure, structural works, and engineering-driven construction projects. 2022

Strategic Expansion into Saudi Arabia

Building on more than a decade of experience, DESEN Construction and Development Co. Ltd. was licensed in Saudi Arabia, marking a strategic expansion into the Kingdom. This milestone strengthened our regional presence and enabled the delivery of infrastructure and superstructure works in alignment with local regulations and international standards.
