This project forms part of the Caspian Capital Holding (CCH) infrastructure portfolio, involving the reconstruction and modernization of critical road corridors in the Khankendi region.

The program included large-scale road rehabilitation works, bridge structures, and associated civil infrastructure aimed at improving regional mobility and long-term transportation resilience.
